its Enterprise Content Processing and Content
Management services. Ecopro offers document
scanning, data entry services to index documents

Marketing approach and the knowledge required in
this position could draw some parallel to ERP,
CRM product marketing, systems integration,

The
VP Technical will be responsible for managing
product development, customization, and

client sites.
In-depth understanding any one of leading ECM,
EMR, BPM, BI platforms and application
development environment such as .NET, J2EE,
Web-Services, SOA, open standard components are
essential.
This
position calls for extensive technical knowledge
and the ability to direct, motivate large
technical teams. Ideal candidate must have been a VP
/ Director for software projects, systems
integration company. Must be able to oversee all
aspects of a complex project including
identifying business requirements, coordinating
resources, monitoring timelines, performing cost
analyses and project planning.

BI project engagements.
These positions require individuals to provide
professional consulting services, plan and
manage projects, lead technical team as mentor
and role model and manage client relationship.
We are looking for business savvy,
entrepreneurial oriented persons who could take
P&L responsibility for the project they handle.
We are planning to adopt partnership approach
similar to Legal or Tax consulting companies,
wherein individual's earning is linked to
his/her ability to acquire and manage billable
client accounts. Ecopro will provide logistic
supports including marketing and assigning
projects to partners, professional resources and
development support etc. Directors and Partners
will be entitled to take home most of their
billings and in addition % of the gross margins
from the consulting team billing they manage or
% of profit share from the project they manage
paid as cash bonus or as company stock awards.

IT industry background will have previous

As part of business development should conduct
cold-calling, direct marketing, personal
meetings, and other activities as necessary to
identify enterprise clients who may require DMS
/ ECM / IT services of Ecopro. As part of
business development should be able to respond
to Bids / RFPs and make written proposals.
Effective sales and marketing communication is
essential.
